The Hiroshima Peace Memorial (Genbaku Dome) is the only structure left standing in the area where the first
atomic bomb exploded on August 6, 1945. Thanks to the efforts of many, including the city of Hiroshima, it has
been preserved in the same state as immediately after the bombing. This site serves as a stark and powerful
symbol of the most destructive force ever created by humankind, while also expressing hope for world peace
and the ultimate elimination of all nuclear weapons.
The Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum illustrates the profound impact of the atomic bomb, which indiscrimi
nately killed tens of thousands of people and drastically altered the lives of survivors. Through belongings left
by victims, bombed artifacts, testimonies of A-bomb survivors, and related materials, the museum conveys the
horrors and inhumane nature of nuclear weapons, spreading the message of “No More Hiroshimas.”

Start with a drive to Nara, where you will visit Todai-ji Temple and Nara Park. T?dai-ji is a Buddhist temple com
plex that was once one of the powerful Seven Great Temples, located in the city of Nara. It is home to numerous
national treasures and cultural assets and was registered as a Historic Monument of Ancient Nara by the
UNESCO World Heritage Convention in 1998.
Nara Park is a central city park inhabited by wild deer, which are considered messengers of the gods. The over
1,000 deer have become a symbol of the city and have even been designated as a natural treasure.
Lunch will be at an Indian restaurant.
After lunch, drive to Kyoto to visit Kinkaku-ji Temple, also known as the Golden Pavilion. This Zen Buddhist
temple and World Heritage site is renowned for its stunning golden exterior.

General Points:
- Tips of USD 05 per person per day are compulsory in Japan for services of the guide, driver, hotel staff etc. The same needs to be given to the Tour Manager on the first day. It will be applicable per Adult and Child. Amount to be paid in US Dollar only.
- One can only buy data sim card for Internet use only or can rent a phone for calling in Japan. Calling + data card not available. Matrix sim cards are not compatible with all the hand phones.
- Attractions like Mt Fuji, Cable car, Owakudani Boiling Valley, Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Skytree, UENO Park, Miyajima etc. are subjected to operation w.r.t weather & Government authority clearance.
- At times some Japanese temples are closed due to ceremonial reasons, in such cases the group shall visit an alternate temple or sightseeing spot.
- Must carry – Universal adaptor, Umbrella & warm wear. Certain cities receive rainfall throughout the year.
- Weather in Japan is unpredictable.
- Room size in Japan is anywhere between 15 to 18 sqm for standard twin room.
- Many hotels in Japan & S Korea have only Twin beds. Double bed will mostly be Queen size and not King size.
- Air conditioning in all hotels is subject to climatic conditions & operates at a standard centralized temperature only after government declares peak summer in the country.
- In hotels tea and coffee sachets are not available. Most of the hotels have local Japanese tea i.e., without creamer and sugar.
- In Japan, only Japanese Yen will be accepted for purchasing anything or for any services rendered.
- All selected hotels on above tour, serve breakfast which is a combination of continental & local dishes as per hotel standard. Indian meals will be provided during Lunches & Dinners as per itinerary. During peak holiday seasons queuing up at breakfast/ meal area is a normal practice in Japan hotels & restaurants.
- As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use roll away beds or 2 queen size beds and the room size may be the same as a double room. We strongly recommend booking a twin and supplementing single room instead of a Triple room for your tour in Japan.
- Delays or Rescheduling in Flights or Bullet trains during tour can affect sightseeing inclusions or schedule.
- Carry passport, Travel document, Visa at all times during the tour.
- Entire Tour Program is designed & pre planned with various appointments and schedule, hence we request you to always be in time for smooth conduct of group tour.
- Most hotels have Centralized Air Conditioners which is set at a specific temperature for entire property. Also in Japan A.C. is operated when Summer is officially declared by the Government. Restaurants & Sightseeing attractions are mostly naturally ventilated.

- In case the selected hotel is not available for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of a similar category.
- In case of currency fluctuations of more than 3.00% or amendments in local Government taxes, we reserve the right to advice you a supplement cost.

- Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / Coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. TravTips will not be liable for the same.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. Insurance policies must be carried while on tour.
- The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aero plane, bus, ship or other services.
- Due to private coaches being forbidden inside the city’s most of your sightseeing will be done by local buses and by foot. The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible.
- We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.
- Prices are based on 4 star non-central hotels. We do not guarantee air-conditioned hotels.
- The Passport must be valid for 6 month from the date of return.
- As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
- For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all the services will remain the same.
- A local representative or a driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour. Taxes shall be applicable (If any) by UAE government.
- Security alerts and random closures might affect the itinerary.
- Passenger are solely responsible for meeting the passport & visa conditions of the country of travel.
- There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized during the tour.
