Later take a photo stop at Interlaken (a small town of 4.27 km in Switzerland), a charming city nestled between two lakes and surrounded by the splendid Bernese Oberland Mountains. After a continental breakfast, proceed to Schaffhausen to enjoy the magnificent views of the Rhine Falls, the largest waterfall in Switzerland and all of Europe. The falls were formed over 15,000 years ago when tectonic shifts during the Ice Age redirected the River Rhine, creating stunning cascades where hard chalk meets soft gravel.
