Welcome to Japan “The land of the rising Sun” – the country known for its traditional arts, oldest civilization, and embracing technology like no other country on the planet. Upon arrival at Narita, you will be met and transferred to the hotel in Tokyo. Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight in Tokyo.

Breakfast at hotel, Proceed to Ueno Park for some fantastic Cherry Blossom Viewing. Visit Asakusa Sensoji Temple, is an ancient Buddhist temple. It is Tokyo's oldest temple, and one of its most significant. Nakamise Dori, Bustling shopping street connecting the main gate of Sensoji Temple & the main hall and then we have a Photo stop at Imperial Palace.
Lunch at Indian Restaurant. After lunch we depart for Tokyo Skytree – a television broadcasting tower and landmark of Tokyo, which stands 634 meters high and provides visitors with stunning panoramic views of Tokyo. Then we drive by National Diet Building and we have a free time at Ginza Shopping Street.
Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight in Tokyo.

Breakfast at hotel, proceed to teamLab Planets, it is a museum where you walk through water, and a garden where you become one with the flowers. It comprises 4 large-scale artwork spaces and 2 gardens, then we head to Shinjuku Gyeon Park it is a beautiful and expansive park in the heart of Tokyo and we drive by Shibuya Crossing one of the busiest crossings and Iconic place in Tokyo.
Lunch at Indian Restaurant. Later in Odaiba, drive past the Rainbow Bridge with Photostop at the Statue of Liberty and we have traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony.

Breakfast at hotel, depart for day trip to Mt. Fuji - The country’s most iconic landmark.
Visit Oshino Hakkai is a touristy set of eight ponds in Oshino, a small village in the Fuji Five Lake region. The eight ponds are fed by snow melt from the slopes of nearby Mount Fuji that filters down the mountain through porous layers of lava for over 80 years, resulting in very clear spring water that is revered by the locals.

Enjoy ride on Lake Kawaguchiko Sightseeing Boat is “Appare”. It is a pure Japanese-style pleasure boat with the motif of the Navy during the Warring States period. It's a gorgeous and brave design with "red" accents. You can enjoy the magnificent Mt. Fuji and the panoramic 360-degree view. Later proceed to enjoy Mt. Fuji Panoramic Rope way, leads to an observation deck overlooking Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko from 400 meters up the side of Mount Tenjo. Later drive back to Tokyo. Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight in Tokyo.

Breakfast at hotel, Proceed to Tokyo Station for your Bullet Train Ride to Hiroshima. On arrival in Hiroshima, proceed for lunch at Indian Restaurant. Later Visit Miyajima and Itsukushima Jinja (By ferry) – Famous shrine with floating torii gate. The centuries-old Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima is the source of both the island's fame and its name.
Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight in Hiroshima.

Breakfast at hotel, Proceed to Visit Hiroshima Peace Park & Atomic Bomb Dome and Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum.
The Hiroshima Peace Memorial (Genbaku Dome) was the only structure left standing in the area where the first atomic bomb exploded on 6 August 1945.
Through the efforts of many people, including those of the city of Hiroshima, it has been preserved in the same state as immediately after the bombing. Not only is it a stark and powerful symbol of the most destructive force ever created by humankind; it also expresses the hope for world peace and the ultimate elimination of all nuclear weapons.
Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, a single atomic bomb indiscriminately killed tens of thousands of people, profoundly disrupting and altering the lives of the survivors. Through belongings left by the victims, A bombed artifacts, testimonies of A-bomb survivors and related materials, the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum conveys to the world the horrors and the inhumane nature of nuclear weapons and spreads the message of “No More Hiroshimas”.

Later drive to Osaka (5 hours approx.), on arrival in Osaka, Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight in Osaka.

Drive to Nara, Visit Todai-ji Temple & Deer Park.
Tōdai-ji is a Buddhist temple complex that was once one of the powerful Seven Great Temples, located in the city of Nara. Also, home to numerous national treasures and cultural assets, and so the temple itself was registered as a Historic Monument of Ancient Nara by the UNESCO World Heritage Convention in 1998.
Deer Park is Central city park with wild deer, considered the messengers of the gods - Nara's over 1000 deer have become a symbol of the city and have even been designated as a natural treasure
Lunch at Indian Restaurant.
Drive to Kyoto, Visit the Kinkauji Temple - the heart of the temple complex is the Golden Pavilion (kinka-ku). This is a Zen Buddhist temple and World Heritage site and then we visit Fushimi Inari it is an important Shinto shrine in southern Kyoto. It is famous for its thousands of vermilion torii gates. Proceed to Osaka.
Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight in Osaka.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel proceed to Osaka City Orientation Tour with Osaka Castle & Nishinamoru Garden - A famous castle with a history of prosperity and turmoil.   • Due to private coaches being forbidden inside the city’s most of your sightseeing will be done by local buses and by foot. The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible.
  • We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.
  • Prices are based on combination of 3 & 4 Star non-central hotels. We do not guarantee air-conditioned hotels.
  • The Passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of return.
  • As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
  • We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised.
  • For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all the services will remain the same.
  • A local representative or a driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour.

  • Passenger are solely responsible for meeting the passport & visa conditions of the country of travel.
  • There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized during the tour.

GENERAL POINTS

  • Tips of USD 05 per person per day are compulsory in Japan for services of the guide, driver, hotel staff etc. The same needs to be given to the Tour Manager on the first day. It will be applicable per Adult and Child. Amount to be paid in US Dollar only.
  • One can only buy data sim card for Internet use only or can rent a phone for calling in Japan. Calling + data card not available. Matrix sim cards are not compatible with all the hand phones.
  • Attractions like Mt Fuji, Cable car, Owakudani Boiling Valley, Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Skytree, UENO Park, Miyajima etc. are subjected to operation w.r.t weather & Government authority clearance.
  • At times some Japanese temples are closed due to ceremonial reasons, in such cases the group shall visit an alternate temple or sightseeing spot.
  • Must carry – Universal adaptor, Umbrella & warm wear. Certain cities receive rainfall throughout the year.
  • Weather in Japan is unpredictable.
  • Room size in Japan is anywhere between 15 to 18 sqm for standard twin room.
  • Many hotels in Japan & S Korea have only Twin beds. Double bed will mostly be Queen size and not King size.
  • Air conditioning in all hotels is subject to climatic conditions & operates at a standard centralized temperature only after government declares peak summer in the country.
  • In hotels tea and coffee sachets are not available. Most of the hotels have local Japanese tea i.e., without creamer and sugar.
  • In Japan, only Japanese Yen will be accepted for purchasing anything or for any services rendered.
  • All selected hotels on above tour, serve breakfast which is a combination of continental & local dishes as per hotel standard. Indian meals will be provided during Lunches & Dinners as per itinerary. During peak holiday seasons queuing up at breakfast/ meal area is a normal practice in Japan hotels & restaurants.
  • As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use roll away beds or 2 queen size beds and the room size
  • may be the same as a double room. We strongly recommend booking a twin and supplementing single room instead of a Triple room for your tour in Japan.
  • Delays or Rescheduling in Flights or Bullet trains during tour can affect sightseeing inclusions or schedule.
  • Carry passport, Travel document, Visa at all times during the tour.

  • In case the selected hotel is not available for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of a similar category.
  • In case of currency fluctuations of more than 3.00% or amendments in local Government taxes, we reserve the right to advice you a supplement cost.

  • Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / Coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. TravTips will not be liable for the same.
  • The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. Insurance policies must be carried while on tour.
  • The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aero plane, bus, ship or other services.
  • Due to private coaches being forbidden inside the city’s most of your sightseeing will be done by local buses and by foot. The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible.
  • We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.
  • Prices are based on combination of 3 & 4 Star non-central hotels. We do not guarantee air-conditioned hotels.
  • The Passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of return.
  • As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
  • We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised.
  • For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all the services will remain the same.
  • A local representative or a driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour.
  • Taxes shall be applicable (If any) by UAE government.
  • Security alerts and random closures might affect the itinerary.
  • Passenger are solely responsible for meeting the passport & visa conditions of the country of travel.
  • There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized during the tour.
  • We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport/ visa issue / medical & health conditions, cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms.
  • Rates are in AED based on current rate of exchange. Rates are subject to change without prior notice or due to events beyond our control.
  • Rates are not valid during Peak dates.
  • Please check the visas requirements for the countries visiting.
  • Please check the names given as per the passports to avoid inconvenience/offloading.

GENERAL POINTS

  • Tips of USD 05 per person per day are compulsory in Japan for services of the guide, driver, hotel staff etc. The same needs to be given to the Tour Manager on the first day. It will be applicable per Adult and Child. Amount to be paid in US Dollar only.
  • One can only buy data sim card for Internet use only or can rent a phone for calling in Japan. Calling + data card not available. Matrix sim cards are not compatible with all the hand phones.
  • Attractions like Mt Fuji, Cable car, Owakudani Boiling Valley, Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Skytree, UENO Park, Miyajima etc. are subjected to operation w.r.t weather & Government authority clearance.
  • At times some Japanese temples are closed due to ceremonial reasons, in such cases the group shall visit an alternate temple or sightseeing spot.
  • Must carry – Universal adaptor, Umbrella & warm wear. Certain cities receive rainfall throughout the year.
  • Weather in Japan is unpredictable.
  • Room size in Japan is anywhere between 15 to 18 sqm for standard twin room.
  • Many hotels in Japan & S Korea have only Twin beds. Double bed will mostly be Queen size and not King size.
  • Air conditioning in all hotels is subject to climatic conditions & operates at a standard centralized temperature only after government declares peak summer in the country.
  • In hotels tea and coffee sachets are not available. Most of the hotels have local Japanese tea i.e., without creamer and sugar.
  • In Japan, only Japanese Yen will be accepted for purchasing anything or for any services rendered.
  • All selected hotels on above tour, serve breakfast which is a combination of continental & local dishes as per hotel standard. Indian meals will be provided during Lunches & Dinners as per itinerary. During peak holiday seasons queuing up at breakfast/ meal area is a normal practice in Japan hotels & restaurants.
  • As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use roll away beds or 2 queen size beds and the room size
  • may be the same as a double room. We strongly recommend booking a twin and supplementing single room instead of a Triple room for your tour in Japan.
  • Delays or Rescheduling in Flights or Bullet trains during tour can affect sightseeing inclusions or schedule.
  • Carry passport, Travel document, Visa at all times during the tour.
  • Entire Tour Program is designed & pre planned with various appointments and schedule, hence we request you to always be in time for smooth conduct of group tour.
  • Most hotels have Centralized Air Conditioners which is set at a specific temperature for entire property. Also in Japan A.C. is operated when Summer is officially declared by the Government. Restaurants & Sightseeing attractions are mostly naturally ventilate
